Sundari C'Ganti

Passage Through Pain

About The Book

Began in India Sundari’s journey is where she excelled academically, ultimately earning a Ph.D. in cytogenetics. Yet, this promising start was only the beginning of a tumultuous journey. After moving to the U.S., Sundari was thrust into a world of physical and emotional challenges. She endured two grueling spinal surgeries and correction of scoliosis, each procedure fraught with fear and uncertainty. Despite these efforts, relentless pain from shoulder bone degeneration soon followed, searing through her body and shattering her once-stable life.

As the pain became unbearable, Sundari found herself asking, “Why me?” Desperation led her to try everything—acupuncture, physical therapy, cold and hot packs, nerve stimulators, and a myriad of medications. But nothing provided the relief she so desperately sought. The realization that surgery was her only option came like a heavy blow. Not just one surgery, but two, one for each shoulder, awaited her.

In “Passage Through Pain”, Sundari C’ganti shares her harrowing yet inspiring story. She invites readers into her world, a place of immense struggle but also of unyielding resilience and hope. Her journey through pain is a testament to the human spirit’s capacity to endure and triumph, even in the face of the most daunting adversities.

"Sundari did the rare! Keeping An Eye Out Through Pain To Mould It Into a Story."
